  I came in was seated right away. Jordon did my nails and very good. Decided to stay and get a pedicure. OMG felt like i was in priority and taken care of. The people are nice, the tools are steril wrapped and sealed and they were very appropriately priced. Thank Goodness i found my oasis in the desert.

  This was the only nail saloon I would go to, but the past view months the service has been terrible and the quality of work was even worse. They lost a loyal customer. I don’t recommend going to this salon especially if the wait is more than 3 people. Prices are the only good thing about this place

  This place makes you feel like you have to beg these nail technicians to provide good customer service and quality work. The man in the first seat as you walk in always looks frustrated and answers rudely upon walking into salon. The shirt lady with long hair in the seat next to him always dodges custimwrs and works only when she wants to. Doesn’t take customers in the order they arrive and once you’ve sat in her seat she still questions whether you were here first or not. I’ve given this salon several tries and tip generously when I receive quality work but this salon by far doesn’t receive even a 1 star rating. All of their employees except for Tim and Mimi need customer service training along with management and the owners. Their work utensils are never properly sanitized and their stations are filthy! Don’t even waste your time or energy in this salon. You’ll leave dissatisfied every time!

  Have been here twice for a pedicure. I heard they were great. The first time I was not even greeted or acknowledged for 30 minutes! I understand you are busy but at least acknowledge your customers. That day I left without a pedicure or being acknowledged. I decided to give it another chance. I had made an appointment to go in hoping it would speed up the process. They sit me in a pedicure chair no water running or anything. 45 minutes lass before some lady comes by and says "oh you want pedicure" I responded "uh, yea that's why I'm here" she walks away. Another 45 minutes lass before another lady comes by and says "oh you need a pedicure" I respond "once again yes that's why I'm here" She actually turned on the spa chair and filled up the tub. It was another 30 minutes before they even started my pedicure! They did not properly scrub the bottom of my feet, but at that point I was not about to wait any longer. Definitely need work on their customer service skills

  This place has horrible service and their nails aren’t any better. I paid $40 for sport full set and they were lumpy and bulky and when I told them something they acted like I was the problem. They were more worried about leaving at exactly 7:30 Instead of fixing the problem that they created. Many nails weren’t filed like the rest, it was a nightmare. 3 days later I had to go get them redone at a different salon because the nail polish they charge EXTRA for (gel) was loosing color and turning brown and chipping and even the people at the new place said it was a horrible job they did. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a friendly environment with quality work. 👎🏼 Especially for $40, this place is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. and sadly this isn’t the first time they do a horrible job on my nails.
