  I called the shop today to place an order and was treated like a friend. The lady who helped me was so patient and friendly. She made something I had been not been looking forward to doing (ordering a sympathy arrangement) pain free and even made me laugh a couple of times. I received photos of the arrangement and then notification that it was received. My mom loved the fresh floral arrangement and she said she could tell it had been made with love and care. Made my day!

  I experienced the most courteous staff when placing my order. She was well versed in floral speak which left me with no questions to ask due to her overwhelming knowledge. I was impressed with her patience and then my friend received the arrangement!! You would have thought I just sent her a flower farm. She was over the top excited and when I told her that the flower shop was actually in her neighborhood, she made a mad dash to check out all their goods. She hasn't stopped talking about Bella Calla and their friendly staff. I wish I lived closer!

  This is the second time I’ve used Bella! Both times I had same day delivery, either an email or text of the arrangement sent to me and WONDERFUL customer service. I live out of state and they were completely terrific to work with! Also! My aunt raved about how long her arrangement lasted and that is the icing on the cake! Thank you!!! Very happy!!

  From out of town and needed a flower delivery ASAP and they delivered and went above and beyond all in the same day within hours. I received a text message with pictures of the beautiful arrangement, an alert that it was out for delivery and text that it was delivered. Very thorough service, I was insanely impressed. The level of customer service, kindness and attention to detail are something that will make them a go to for me always. Thank you!

  I can't say how appreciative I am to the team at Bella Calla! Nathan was courteous and compassionate when placing my order over the phone while I was out of town and needed to send flowers ASAP to a dear friend. The very next morning I received a text message from the owner with pictures of the beautiful arrangement and an alert that it was out for delivery. WOW! The level of customer service, kindness and attention to detail are a close tie to how beautiful their work is. GOOD JOB! and thank you!
