  Such a great experience. As soon as we walked in the door they got right to business in a good way. They listened to what we were looking for and concerns we had from previous experiences and at that point they suggested dresses for us and they gave us their professional opinion when asked. We were so happy we purchased right away! Highly recommend!

  I had an amazing experience at Bella Bridesmaids! Ariel was so helpful throughout the entire process. My dresses came in early and are exactly what I imaged for my big day! After what seemed like an endless search for the perfect bridesmaid dresses, I am so thankful I found Bella Bridesmaids!!!

  I tried calling to set an appointment so many times and it seems like nobody works there! Nobody ever picked up and I am sick and tired to keep trying. If they already have a hard time picking up a call to set up an appointment, that already tells me how their customer service will be and contact for future reference if my bridesmaids were to purchase about their whereabouts for their dress.

  Terrible customer service after purchase. They were great when we were picking out the dresses, very friendly and helpful. Good luck if you want to get in touch with them after that. I don't think they even check their voicemail box, you will NOT get a call back. My bridesmaids got their dresses here and I had a terrible time getting in touch with them for picking up dresses. I thought it was a fluke, but then I bought bridesmaid dress here for wedding I am in and they are just as unresponsive!
