  Did not end up buying anything but the woman who helped me (brown hair) was really nice and responsive. Not sure why people would give 1 stars

  Great service and perfect options for my events and of course my wife. Friendly too! I order flowers ever few weeks and have used them for some major events with perfect delivery.

  If no stars were an option I would give them that. I own a business and had used them for about a year for my events; we get a lot of traffic and people were always raving about my flowers and I proudly told them where I got them. The last few arrangements were starting to look a little busy and contained some junk flowers so for my last order I asked that the revise it. When the flowers were delivered they were a mess. They had carnations and tons of fillers crammed in to the vase. It was so cluttered and crowded and just looked awful. When I called and asked them to rework it they were beyond rude. I have never received such terrible service or been treated like my business was such an inconvenience. Instead of picking up the arrangement they told me they would credit me and asked me to never come back again!!! I can't believe that they would treat a residual customer that was guaranteed business this way. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, EVER EVER EVER!!!

  Like the other reviews: wilting flowers, way too many leaves left on the stems, very unorganized layout. It was definitely not what was displayed on the website. The flowers' stems are all about the same length and it looks like they were just randomly thrown in the vase. Absolutely not worth the money. Grocery store flowers are about the same quality.

  I used to live down the street from this business so I've used it many times in person. I've ALWAYS had exceptional service and loved their arrangements. Unfortunately, I had to move away but I still call them to deliver to a special friend for me on holidays & special occasions. I wouldn't choose anyone else. Their arrangements are gorgeous! Thank you!!
