  We have had work done by Bee and Jay for many many years, and not once, whether big jobs or ordinary repairs, have we been dissatisfied. Their customer service is exemplary, as is their workmanship and professionalism. When we call, they are courteous, prompt, efficient and always come prepared. The parts are correct, they never have to come back to ‘fix’ an issue, and what they quote is what they charge. No smoke and mirrors here. Their work force is skilled and get right to the job, fix and finish, and they are so neat, you never know they’ve been there. We have had many experiences with various contractors over the many years, and none have ever beaten Bee and Jay!!!

  They have been this family’s plumbers for many years. But last week when I stop by because the hot water heater they installed had gone bad I was told unless they were doing the work they could not help me. All I needed was a two dollar, 4 inch piece of pipe. I was told that it was dangerous for me to do and have a nice weekend goodbye. Well I went somewhere else and bought the piece I needed, I fixed it myself and I will never use them again and neither will my family. I did have a nice weekend and I had hot water the whole weekend also.

They helped guide me through all my plumbing and well problems! I am in year 2 of a 30 year mortgage and Bee & Jay made themselves a customer for the next 28 years at least!   Had a leak in our basement, the guys came out that day and found the problem. They gave us a couple of options that we could fix now or in the future. They were extremely friendly and asked if we had any general questions about the plumbing in our house (since we had just purchased the home). Would definitely recommend them.

  Bee and Jay to the rescue again!!! (almost a year to the day I first called them). I had let a small drip go at the kitchen sink for a few months. Knew it was not good but life gets in the way and was kinda holding off since we plan to redo our entire kitchen. Well my little drip started to get worse and leaks were appearing from the faucet, the drain- you name it. Destroyed the cabinet bottom - had no idea how bad it REALLY was.Their service team showed up right on time (early actually!) and immediately addressed the issue. The guys were professional, organized (covered the work area) and went to work on the sink like they knew the issue before I got to tell them! Now here is why this company is the best- honesty. My sink needs to be replaced- but knowing I will be having it all torn out- they suggested replacing the faucet and pipe -but to leave the sink for now. "Why pay for a new one you ll throw away in a few months?" Now THAT is a statement that shows how Bee and Jay put the customer first and foremost- always! I can not say enough about how good they are in every aspect of their work, and most of all, how well they treat their customers!!!
