We ended up staying past closing time to make a purchase and he was happy to work late to help us out, and even set up delivery for the very next day!

::Great experience purchasing our latex mattress, adjustable base, bamboo sheets and pillows at the Pearl BedMart. Big investment for us, but well worth it. We ran into an issue with the adjustable base, but Liz the manager made sure the issue was resolved. She made sure to keep me updated regularly throughout the process. Knowledgeable staff, guarantee price match even after the sale, and, best of all, 4-month return policy if you don't like it ($99 restock fee) so there isn't much heavy decision making, except to do business with them whatsoever. Which you should.
