My friends live 2 blocks away and has an account here. I can call up and tell them their names and know what my friends like to drink. if the wine is not in stock, they've often recommended wines that my friends will enjoy in the same/similar price range. I don't know a thing about wines so I can't say about their selection and pricing but I've always enjoyed what they recommended and haven't had a crappy wine from them ever so that's an A+ in my book.

Two parts to the store, one part wine and the part is spirits. Considering how small the shop is they have a decent selection of wine, but I’d like to see more domestic choice (oregon, washington, ca) and more bottles $15 and under. So many bottles are $20 and up and when you want to grab a quick bottle with dinner, that’s a little spendy. Unique and full selection of liquor, mostly small batch brands- go here if you want to try something new.

A nice up-market wine and spirits shop affiliated with the beer bar next door and a cocktail bar also in the neighborhood. The wine selection is fairly small but there are usually a few interesting bottle, though I did once buy one of the worst Spanish dessert wines I've ever tasted here. The spirits selection is comparatively sizable with a number of bottles that you won't find elsewhere in the area. However, the prices are somewhat on the high side for widely available items. I believe they do tastings but I have never been in during one of these.
