  This store has extremely rude staff (and even management). They are dismissive, interruptive and downright do not care if your experience is positive. The operations manager blatantly told me that if I didn’t like the way they were treating me that I should go to a different store. If you MUST shop at BB&B, I’d at least go to a different location.

  Gia was most helpful & was able to save a bunch of money by using coupons. Makes wedding presents more valuable.

  Love the coupons and the service. Strange though, how similar items are sometimes displayed quite separately from each other. But overall a great store.

  Seems everyone went to BB&B at the same time this afternoon. Very, very busy. When I arrived, there were so many customers waiting, I considered leaving and returning my item another day. Then the call for help went out. Cashiers immediately were at their stations, up & running in a snap. All customers that I saw were checked out in a professional, timely manner. The BB&B folks at this store are extra special helpful. Thanks.
