  Love this store! Even though its a giant store in Manhattan, it has a welcoming neighborhood feel. They have everythong i couls need for my apartment and then some! And the staff could not be more helpful and friendly!

  Love going to shop at the UES location. This place is huge and has things I didn't even know I needed. I always feel badly for the associates, however. They're stretched too thin and I don't understand why the folks in corporate don't see that. They need to be given raises. They put in a lot of hard work and are the main reason I go to shop there.

  The lady who works at the cashier did not wrap the glass bottle, and she did not take off the security tags anti thief, so I could not open the package to wash and I needed it badly. Some one who works there supposed know how to pack and wrap stuff or just throw everything in the plastic bag?
