  Very bad employees attention. I consulted three about a product and the three did not pay attention to me. Very little desire to work.

  Great, fast customer service! Called the store at 4:15 on Monday, February 5 while I was on my way there to see if a heating pad was available. The salesperson who answered the phone tried to transfer me to the proper department. After two tries with no answer she got back on the phone to tell me she would go back and check on the item herself. The heating pad was brought to the front just as I walked in the door and I was checked out right away at the customer service desk.

  My husband and I recently visited this store and left in awe of the customer service we received there. Specically, Oscar was probably the nicest, most helpful sales associate. We came in looking for a specific item that was not sold in the store. He took his time offering options, asking questions and just making sure we bought exactly what we wanted. He helped by placing our order online and ensured we saved. It's just refreshing to encounter extremely pleasant people like him these days.
