  I love Bed Bath & Beyond in principle, but I find them - and this one in particular - very hard to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful, though.

  I had one of the best customer service experiences at the BBB store in Columbia Heights, Washington DC. I was in the store this past Wednesday, August 17th. Four employees helped me - one man with a question and three others with second question. They were accessible and knowledgeable and very friendly. It was one of the employees first day. I believe his name was Adjan (very unique spelling). He was so kind. The computers were acting up and they were having trouble taking credit cards, but the two cashiers working in customer service kept the line moving and were apologetic. Overall, the store employees (even the guy who said goodbye to me) were upbeat and energetic. They were genuinely welcoming and hospitable. It is not every day you find this in a big city context. I will be coming back to this store in particular given how great their staff is. Please pass this comment on to the managerial staff at this location. Thank you!
