::Love the BB&B in general, but this is definitely the saddest location in NYC. I live a few blocks from here but almost always find myself going up to the Chelsea location or, if I want to shop the clearance section, the 61st street location tends to have better items on clearance. Overall, it's fine if you need something quick and standard (or even the weird niche stuff they carry at BB&B), but if you're looking for a hard to find color or size or want the full array of choices, just go to the other locations

::Best BBB store in Manhattan. It's huge and has a plethora of options and usually stocked up unlike the other BBB outlets. Everything here is so well organized and the staff is super helpful. The shower curtain section here is a delight. They have multiple curtains and matching bath items - soap dispenser, bath mat, brush holder, waste basket placed together. BBB prices in general are higher than prices on other online sites. So, we usually come here for deciding on what brand to buy from all options laid out categorically and buy the same brand on other online sites if cheaper. The greatest advantage of coming here is that you have all possible options for an item in front of you to choose from, helping you decide on what brand to buy. Don't forget to create a BBB account for discount coupons.

::When I went to Bed Bath & Beyond, I definitely didn't walk in thinking that I'd be getting the great, friendly, and warm customer service that I did. Was very pleasantly surprised, they also helped us getting a huge haul set up for delivery. Great job, my roommate and I were just really pleasantly surprised by how nice y'all were. This took place over a month ago and it still sticks with me.

::Was really glad to see the items I was looking for were available and at the same price as online. The kitchen utensils were right by the door. One item I found right away and the other I had to do a bit of looking (but still quick enough). I wish there were more employees around to help direct you on the floor. But checkout was pretty quick as there were plenty of cashiers. One item I wanted to price check didn't have a tag and the cashier was very friendly and helpful in trying to find the SKU. Overall clean, well organized store with a nice vibe.
