Really helpful staff. If you forget your 20% off coupon you will overpay.

Your typical large selection brick and mortar retail store with a large selection of goods, almost like an old fashioned general store for home goods. We usually find what we need and they have good coupons where one can now use multiple coupons on one transaction. There is plenty of parking in front of store.

Lots of stuff in the store. I needed assistance and was ignored by two employees, given the run around by another, but happened onto a young msn who was very helpful and honest: "I'm sorry sir, but we don't carry that product. However, if you go next door to Michael's, they will have it." Also, Pat at the checkout is the best.

This is one of the nicer BB&B stores. Always clean and stocked well. Staff are helpful. Just don't forget your coupons. They accept expired coupons too!

We came to this BBB for our Bridal Registry. While the store is nice and a typical BBB (well organized, etc), the customer service was horrible. We were excited to do our registry and knew what we wanted as a young couple with a family and guests who are tight on money. Rather than letting us go and add items to our registry on our own, Christopher insisted that the new policy was to have a "guide" come with you. Christopher proceeded to sabotage our fun day, ridicule our registry choices, and tried to sell us silverware that was $200 for 4 place settings, etc. I knew what pot and pan set I wanted, and he mocked my choice, even scoffing when I told him I wouldn't use a 20 piece set and didn't want it. He made crude jokes about his wife throughout the entire time, and when I went to look at an aisle that interested me, he scolded me and told me I was going in the wrong direction and that we would reach that aisle when "he was ready". I do not know what misguided corporate individual came up with this new policy, but this was by far the worst experience in all of our wedding planning. We will not be returning to this BBB, and we will be doing all registry items on line and through other stores.
