  The store had what I was looking for and the staff was very friendly, but it is so over-crowded with merchandise that I always feel claustrophobic in there so I get in and get out fast. I'd hate to be in this store during an earthquake as it's packed wall to wall, middle of aisles, and literally floor to ceiling.

  Has a helpful and friendly staff and although the prices are a bit high , they are always helpful and the cashiers are very friendly too. I had the pleasure of meeting Veronica and she was very nice to talk to. Definitely coming back here.

  Pretty standard as far as BBB locations go, but I have to say the last few times I've been the cashiers and customer service staff have been really rude. The last time I visited with my wife and the cashier was openly relunctant to help us and very rude to my wife because we "didn't present the coupon right," whatever that means. Would be a better rating for better staff.

  My mother was looking for a electric knife and we found one just like hers to give to my sister for Christmas. We were unable to find it at first. I asked a guy in there where they were. He took us right to it. We were happy with the service
