  Large, well-stocked store with very helpful and friendly staff. I know they can always help me. I think it is the best customer service experience I have had in the Boston area. Free parking and a short walk from the MBTA orange line Assembly subway station.

  I don't know if all Bed Bath & Beyond stores are the same, but I was just blown away by the selection and the quality of the merchandise. Their selection of kitchen utensils was especially extensive with a super complete line of oxo products. Prices were exceptionally good on items that I had seen in other places costing much more.

  Very typical BB&B, clean, organized, and staffed well. Only downside is the staff tends to be on the unfriendly side. Which I usually don't mind because the customers that roll through there are brutal sometimes and sore my attitude. I don't even have to be the one to handle that anger, so I can understand why the staff can be a little on edge.

  Recently I went to this place in search for a water bottle that met the safety guidelines for plastic and found that camelbak is good although I had some help from an associate that went over the top looking for only sales and on top of the sales this associate in particular gave us a coupon on top of the sale. Overall she was attentive, helpful and patient. The associate ID is sd0282. Manager, if you see this, please show the associate this review as we are beyond grateful with her customer service.
