  Before the nail tech began, I inquired about stones and stated that I would like some on my nails. She said "ok". As my nails were being sculpted, I noticed that a few were not very square nor straight. One nail had to be taken off and redone. Then I was sent to get my pedicure. The nail tech and the pedicure lady were have a discussion about what I wanted for my feet. I was ignored, not answered, and they continued on in whatever language they were speaking. Then nail tech took a seat to shape and paint my toenails but she was not careful with her tools and ended up filing my skin. So, when it was time for alcohol-based products, it burned. At the same time, a different nail tech was sent over to paint my fingernails. The nail tech, then took another customer and I guess she was done with me. Once my pedicure was finished, I was told to sit at the other tech's station for my design. When I told her which nails I wanted stones on, I was told that it could not be done because I had on nail polish. I am extremely unhappy with my entire experience and I will never return.

  I've been coming here for years. It's nothing fancy, great for when you don't want to pay a lot and wanna get in and out. And the ladies there are super friendly. Also the pedicures feel fantastic

  I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! CAME HERE TO GET MY NAILS DONE FOR ON MY BIRTHDAY! 4 nails techs literally finished with their clients and no one addresses me to start my nails and when the guy finally comes and says something, he acts as though he doesn't even know what I'm there for. TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB. Horrible horrible treatment of customers!

  I love this place! The owner Sarah is amazing & so is her staff!
