::I really enjoy the selection at Beaumont Market, which is extensive given its size. It's a neighborhood grocery store, so yes, you'll pay a bit more for things. But they likely have what you need, including fresh produce, meats, and a great beer and wine selection, and they're open till midnight! That alone is a huge plus for me.

::A great neighborhood market with a great beer cooler selection, pastries from local shops, decor items for sale. It's an upscale urban country style market. You can also find old glass bottle sodas chilled and ready to go. Casual, eclectic, comfortable. Expect to pay a bit more, but well worth it. A fun place to just browse, too.

::Great neighborhood grocery store to pick up staples. The store is small, about the size of an average 7-11. The prices are about 10% higher than a large chain, but you are paying for the convenience. Obviously, the overall selection is limited due to the small foot print of the store. BM has an amazing beer selection, with a large walk-in cooler with 100+ varied 22oz pounders from Oregon breweries, plus the standard selection of national brands in 6 pack / cases. BM also has a soft serve frozen yogurt machine with Yo Cream - Van, Choc, and swirl. The staff are very friendly and they are open late. Fresh bread and gourmet baked deserts are delivered daily. No butcher or custom cut meat is available, but locally sourced cuts are delivered regularly. Produce selection is relatively large, and is typically top-notch. local sourced and very fresh. Plenty of parking in the back lot.
