  Bunch of squat racks! Which is great, but if you want to bench or something other than cross fit just be ready to use some ingenuity. They charge 15$ for drop in session/ day pass, which is half of a membership in other places, in San Diego its pretty normal, but they have no WiFi, so you are forced to listen to whatever they have playing on the speakers. Plates are ok, bars are ok, racks are ok, atmosphere is great!

  We dropped in 3 times in a week, as it was really close to our hostel. Nice space, good equipment and great coach. We went to the 7am class and it was a smaller class size as the 6am one, which is always nice. The coach corrected us even as drop-in. Really appreciated, we will come back if we ever get the chance to come back to sunny San Diego :)

  Dropped in while I was in San Diego for a conference. The facility is great and the people are very welcoming. It is less than a mile from the convention center so the location is perfect.
