  I had the most pleasant and painless experience every in my 49 yrs. Very professional staff throughout this facility!!!

  I went to them due to I needed one tooth pulled. I couldnt get it pulled due to my blood pressure. I had to get clearance from my Dr at the VA but my Dr would not clear it. It was very clear i was in alot of pain. I work on customer service and i am on the phone alot. So I need my mouth to talk for my Job. I had FLMA paper work sent to the office for the Dentist to advise that I could not perform my job while in this type of pain. Not only did the dentist say she could not determain if it would affect my Job. But she wrote on the paper work i need alot work done. But could not see how this affect my Job. So now my FLMA was declined. I have lost my job. Due to a dentist thst is a Dr and knows the pain I was in cant determain if this affects my job thay I use my mouth to talk and my teeth are apart of my mouth. Also the reffer you to other offices and you call these offices or go to these offices and the people in these offices say I dont know why you was sent here. Or that we are not part of their office and they need to handle it.

  I had a emergency. I broke a tooth and needed a Dentist asap. Bear Creek and Dr.Brittany Jenkins and staff had me come in. And quickly took care of me. And not only took care of called me on that evening and Dr. Jenkins check on me the next day. If you're and your family needs a good and great Family dentist look no further.   I have been a customer with bear creek since opening up my kids have enjoyed coming here the staff is wonderful and very friendly the place always clean and professionally approved. I will recommend them to everyone try BEAR CREEK FAMILY DENTISTRY
