  Brent C. and Kyle came out in the 30 minutes just as they promised. They went right to work and were friendly, efficient and patient, especially considering my surprise at the cost of their services at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night! They did a great job and I will definitely call on them again. Thanks guys.

  Daniel and Lance rock! Had a pressurized leak from our main water intake to the house on a Sunday. They were quick to respond, so very courteous and got right to fixing the problem. They didn’t just fix the leak but also improved the original, 1999 built, incoming pipe. Very grateful and relieved to have two responsible & thoughtful young men actively improving our home.

  Praise God for Good Friday and The Gentlemen of Beacon Plumbing, Diontea & Samuel, who SAVED US from a leaky water heater!!! We called Beacon Plumbing and within an hour we received the most professional and efficient know-how that we have encountered to date. What would have taken days was only hours long and the end product looked like we could have entered it into a science fair and would have received a Blue Ribbon! We thank you two gentlemen and have a wonderful Easter on Sunday! Thanks again and we will never FREAK AGAIN!!!

  We called for a commercial property. It was Thursday afternoon when I called after having another company came to give us an estimate on the job. We decided to call Beacon Plumbing to get the "second Opinion" The operator was very efficient, even with short notice, he was able to gave us an ETA to complete the job before our door opened at 5pm. Brent C. and Kyle showed up on earlier part of the arriving window, gave us quick and accurate estimate. Jobs were done in very professional manner in very timely fashion. We highly recommend them for anyone's full service plumbing needs! Thank you gents!

  Contacted Beacon for a minor electrical repair. I did inquire about pricing over the phone and I was told there was $75 service fee and the electrician would quote the job on arrival and that they couldn't provide an estimate over the phone. Firstly the electrician was nice and seemed very competent-- no problem there. However, straight away I realized I should have pushed a little harder to get the price over the phone (because I would of kept on looking). The next part of the billing is a diagnostic test $189 -- it took a few minutes to diagnose, I had a faulty breaker. The price to replace the breaker was $300 (20 amp breakers cost about $10 on Amazon). So add in tax and the bill came to just over $600. Sometimes you pay for convenience and this was one of those times (a laundry full of clothes and a crying baby). I just needed it done. Anyway point being, I did sign the contract so it's on me but I will not use them in the future.
