  I've known the Clark family for years and can't recommend BC Clark enough. Their reputation proceeds them and their staff is as qualified and friendly as it gets. All my purchases have been top-notch experiences.

  Great jeweler!! Got there at 5:35 when they closed at 5:30 and they let us in, I had bought a watch strap less than 12 months before that had broken. I took it in and they gave me a new one at no charge. Thank you so much! ☺️

  Good friend of ours took us there the day before Thanksgiving. She has been customer for 50 years. It was probably an hour before closing time. From the minute we walked in until we left it was an unfriendly, unwelcoming place. I felt like we didn't look rich enough to them. I'm not quite sure what it was. I walked around admiring the jewelry and found a pair of earrings and not one person in there asked if I would like to see them and there was about 5 or 6 workers in there. When we left and started to walk out the doors not one of them said have a Happy Thanksgiving or even a thank you to come back. I will NEVER go there "downtown" or to any of their stores again. I will also tell everyone I know how I was treated. It was very embarrassing to our friend and she couldn't believe it happened. This is the absolute truth about my experience. I will never sing their Christmas song again. So sad.
