  I'm not sure who these other reviews are referring to, but it can't be my main Compass Branch downtown. I've had nothing less than terrific service each time I go there. True, their hours have changed and they're no longer open on Saturdays, but I've been a customer here for the last 16 years. Lots of good people have come and gone over the years. Recently, the branch has gone through another big change in personnel. At one point, only the teller was left, while several people have been helping out from other locations. I was in just last week, and I understand they've got a couple new bankers in training. I never write reviews, but after reading the last two deplorable comments, I had to write something. Just remember that there are two sides to every story. As a mature, professional woman, I've never had anything but great service, from all of the people who have worked there. I wouldn't feel comfortable banking anywhere else.

  I was trying to deposit my check on my lunch yesterday at this mess of a branch, they had 1 teller and a line of 5 people waiting to bank. DO PEOPLE WORK AT THIS BRANCH! The teller Michelle was helping two people with what looked liked opening a new account. The teller should not be the one to do that, that is why you have new account bankers ON STAFF WORKING to do that. There were two gentleman in their offices, one was in his office eating cookies instead of helping, the other I'm not sure what he was doing but I will tell you this HE WASN'T HELPING EITHER! This is not how a business should be run, you should have more than 1 person to help customers because NEWS FLASH the rest of the world works too and are trying to get things done on their lunch time. There should be a minimum of 2 people working the lunch hour in a branch, and the management staff should be able to jump in and HELP at any time that is needed. This Branch is RIDICULOUS!! I WISH I COULD DO NO STARS FOR YOU!!!

  Waited for an hour to cash a check. There was one person working and the boss was in his office eating cookies.

  Rude bad service. It's a ghost town in there. Not sure why banks have retail centers if all they do is turn people off from wanting to bank with them and tarnish their brand.
