  Excellent service. Walked in this branch for the first time and was shocked when the teller welcomed me BY NAME. Apparently he remembered me from the 7th St. branch I used to frequent in the past. Now THAT'S how you do customer service!

  Can never get anyone on the phone. Save time and take time off work and go to your nearest bank.

  I love the bank itself, but this branch is HORRIBLE. Their customer service really leave allot to be desired. They are the slowest folks anywhere, the ATM is constantly having issues, the parking lot looks like a 3rd world country and they have new management every few months. AVOID
