::I used BB&T for financing my home. This week I noticed where my January's monthly payment went up by $500. When I called the representative informs me that they "didn't account for the school tax at closing". So this increase is due to the inclusion of the school taxes and the shortage of the escrow. Very disappointed! *Small update...I' ve been working on trying to get this resolved. Looked online yesterday and they have reduced my mortgage payment back to it's lower amount. I called to inquire what happened and it appears "they were notified of another tax, however it wasn't accurate" is pretty much what the representative informed me. Thank God this was resolved!
