  Honestly, I love living at Bayside Village! The amenities are great, the studios larger than a lot of other apartment blocks offer. The development's amenities are a great added value, and lounging in the hot tub after a long day's work is the best. Yes, appliances in the apartments are slightly dated, but they are all well maintained and perfectly fine.

  We lived here for 2 years. Great weather, great pool, great maintenance staff to make the grounds look well kept. I got annoyed by how people would leave trash in the trash chute room (instead of throwing it down the chute!) but can't blame management about that.

  Parking here isn't easy. Theirs meter parking. Very expensive...

  Very poor service. I had a kitchen sink back up where dirty water from other units overflowed from the sink and flooded the kitchen floor and carpet area. I had to throw away a lot of stuff like the white hand towels (which became brown from the water). The complex helped by cleaning a little but didn't really disinfect or completely clean (there are still pieces of dirt and sewage they left on the counter and the floor). They didn't offer to pay for any of my damaged property. Unfortunately this seems to me the normal service for this complex
