  The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. As for the rooms, they were clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was extra clean, and equipped with a really nice working shower. Vending machines were easy to find (conveniently located in the front lobby), and were filled with a variety of snacks and soft drinks. A very pleasant stay all around!

  One of our valued clients, traveling entertainer Lucy Sinsheimer, recently stayed here while on tour, and had a great night's stay! The staff was very friendly even though the check in was so late and the bedroom was very quiet and comfortable. There were coffee makers in the room luckily to start the day off with a kick and they also got to enjoy the free breakfast. We at Ignite highly recommend this property and we look forward to sending more of our clients here in the future!

  Good price and clean room. Manager was pleasant and check in was very quick. Great location and everything is working great. They say they are under construction but we saw no evidence. The room is quiet on the third floor. I am very pleased and would definitely use this chain of hotels again.

  Room was clean. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast. Good location. However, A/C didn't work. It kept cutting off no matter what setting we had it on and my family and I were miserable all night. Front desk said they didn't have anyone to fix it and didn't have another room available. Also, they claim to have pillow-top mattresses... The mattress was so hard that me and my husband couldn't sleep comfortably. We both woke up with aching backs. $200/night is a ridiculous amount to charge for their rooms. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  This hotel is HORRIBLE. My friends and I checked in for one night. It was 2 AM and we were all dead asleep when someone tried to walk into our room THREE TIMES. We were all scared out of our minds thinking someone was trying to break in. The front desk calls a few seconds later asking who was in the room, and what my friends dad’s name was, who had nothing to do with the booking of the hotel. The front desk quickly got off the phone saying someone would be up to the room shortly. A few minutes go by and nobody comes up, so my friend calls the front desk back. They tell us that we were put in the wrong room, and that they would deal with it the morning. They totally dismissed us, and weren’t even going to tell us that they weren’t coming up to the room. This was a horrible experience. I will never be staying in the hotel again, and would not recommend it to ANYONE. Horrible experience.
