  Thank you to everyone at Baylor Scott & White who provided excellent care in helping my son! Very Impressive medical team! I am especially grateful for Dr. E. Taylor (Surgeon) and his team! Remarkable bedside manner and care! Thank you for the sacrifices you all make daily!!! God bless all of you! A Mother's grateful Heart!!!

  Another emergency room told me to call this Baylor and I asked to speak with the emergency room. They kept asking for patient information which I didn’t have because I wasn’t a patient. Finally was transferred to a nurse line then a rude nurse answered the phone. When I told him my situation he kept saying just come in and being evaluated. I asked if the emergency room offered a particular service and he just repeated himself over and over. I tried to explain this emergency room was over an hour away and not going to drive all the way there if they have this service. He just repeated himself. I hung up. Now I am suffering in pain.

  Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health you had a very rude and disrespectful "nurse" that was working in the Emergency Department tonight that said some very despicable things to my mother! This occurred on Care Level B as she (your sad excuse for an employee) was getting off work. My mom is bed bound! I am unable to transport her in my vehicle so she is STILL waiting for ambulatory transport home. However, my mom's been there since 10am and was hungry! As a diabetic she needed something to eat and wasn't outside her bounds to ask for a simple sandwich tray! Your employee doesn't help but suggests that her family come and get her and take her home! Not sure how I'm supposed to load my mother into my car when that's IMPOSSIBLE to do! Her ride wasn't the issue, eating was ESPECIALLY when she was told numerous times that would get something to eat! When I left my mother to take care of my restless toddler, I believed I left her in good & capable hands but I see that was the worst decision! Baylor, will never have the opportunity to "provide care" for my mother again in ANY way! You have continously dropped the ball when it has come to her health!

  Excellent and professional staff. My dad had surgery here and the staff was extremely competent and kind. They validated our decision choosing this hospital. Every person we interacted with went out of our way to help us and was absolutely stellar.

  This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I came to this hospital because it is nearest to home and my Primary Physician works well specifically with a team I need. I’ve been here 5 days now with more days ahead of me and the lack of communication , inconsistent food delivery at a proper time and inconsistently administering medicine when scheduled seems to have been the norm. I like to believe I’m an upbeat and positive person so I initially treat everyone in a pleasant manner. I’ve voiced my concern multiple times over the last 4 days and the situation have not improved. This is why I’ve now resulted to leaving a review on google. My meals have been coming to my room extremely late with cold food that should be warm and on one occasion, a completely different meal. This is extremely unfortunate as some of my medicine requires me to eat within a certain time frame before taking it. The meal tickets show in the upper right corner the time the meal was prepared and the other night it was prepared at 5:27pm but I did not receive this now cold chicken and mashed potatoes until 8:10pm. When I voiced this concern, I was told that this has been an ongoing problem so it’s clear there is no urgency to fix this. The timing my medicine has been administered have also been inconsistent and some times hours late. In some cases they had do keep looking for some of the medicine because they did not know where it was. The room I was given did not have any toilet tissue and it was not brought to my room until two days later(no exaggeration). At this point, I just really want to get the scheduled treatment I need and get to a better place where I can go home or be transferred to a better hospital. The disappointing part is my insurance and I will be billed and this hospital will be fully paid for a service that I know anyone should not receive.
