  I was treated today @ Baylor Scott & White the whole staffs where so nice and very concern about me. I was told by the RN that was assistance me I was a nice patient I try to be and respect anyone that's how I like to be also respect goes a long way.

  Employees of Baylor Scott & White shut down a public street funded by taxpayers several times a day Mon.-Fri. here in the 3000 block of Indiana St. Dallas, Tx.

  The Dr’s, Nurses and staff are so great. They are going above and beyond for my husband as I’m typing this. They have truly been angles on earth. They have become his family during this time. As I have left him every night I have no worries as I leave him in the best of care. He has been here for going on 5 days and will have a quadruple bypass in 2 days.

  There is a nurse by the name of Luz that works extra hard and diligently to make her patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. She would always go that extra mile to meet my needs & wants if it was in her power and authority to do so. I was always so glad to see her walk through the door. So that being said I truly think she deserve some extra love and care from her superiors for the work that she does. I was there from 1-7-23 to 1-9-23 My name: Roger Williams

  It is truly a wonderful facility, the staff is awesome and even the food service is better than many restaurants. (No kidding, it's that good.) But here I am, three months after my operation and I am still fighting their billing department. They can't send me an accurate statement. Every month, I make huge payments, the payment is applied and a few days later the credit goes away. I've paid over $2000 to them and my balance is still the same. I just don't understand how they could be this messed up, after seeing how good the care, food and staff are.
