::Dirty and disgusting service department. Rude and incompetent staff

::Awful The building that houses the service department is literally crumbling to the ground. It is extremely dirty and unkempt. They hire completely inexperienced kids to change your engine oil, many times leaving your drain plugs loose. Avoid at all costs

::Such a RIP-OFF! Do NOT trust this business. What a horrible world we live in that this businesses in our community feels the need to rip-off and blind-side their honest customers, especially those of us who rely on our cars to get to and from work every day. Just awful. Beware of dealing with a female clerk named Susannah, who completely ignores customer concerns and has no knowledge of the car business. I came to this business specifically to change the door lock in my car (the remote in my car could not open all my door locks). I repeated several times that the actual door lock on the driver’s door was broken and that I needed this door lock to be changed in order to manually lock and unlock the door if necessary. I even confirmed with the clerk to make sure they have the parts available. Susannah stated that they could not fix my lock until they ran a diagnostic first. I was concerned that she did not understand my request, so I repeated (several times) that my goal was to change my door lock, and gave her a complete description of the situation. No diagnostic was needed—but I believed I had no choice but to agree so that my lock could be fixed. Later, Susannah quoted me a price of nearly $400 over the pnone, and when I asked whether the door lock change would be completely included in the price, she confirmed that YES, it would. When I came to pick up my car, they charged me $400 to change the actuator only, but my door lock was not changed and still does not work. I would never agree to a $400 for this service. Their entire system is a RIP-OFF intended to prevent a paper trail: they claim that they can only quote you a service once they run a diagnostic test, and then they will only contact you by phone for a verbal agreement with a clerk (who may not know all the details). When you come to pick up your car, they will confirm that everything has been done as ordered, and demand payment prior to delivering you your car so you can check the service yourself. As soon as I realized my original request was not honored, I immediately confronted Susannah about the issue—and she claimed that I never requested changing my door lock, and tried to wrangle another almost $400 or even more (again depends on mechanic) from me in order to fix it! When I protested that I had confirmed many times over with her that my lock would be fixed, she spoke to me with a huge attitude and waved her hands in face—completely unprofessional. Now I must spend additional time and money servicing my car ELSEWHERE. STAY AWAY, and make sure to get everything in WRITING if you are forced to deal with these crooks.
