  rip off spot dont go their ,call consumers nyc dept, they dont welcome cars under warranty mean while its covered they still want the extra funds thru the owner of car and thru nmac get payed both ways

  Avoid Rip off artist from buying to servicing, for Fyi, 3 years of post mortam new ownership buying/servicing from them.

  I should have listened to the other reviews. I had my tires delivered here from TireRack since it was a low price for mount and balance. When I arrived, they took my car and drove off somewhere before I was even able to tell them why I was there (I dislike others driving my car). After the service advisor checks me in, I end up waiting 3 hours for them to finish a 15 minute job. They nearly put the new tires onto the wrong wheels. Then after correcting the mistake, I ask the service advisor whether they actually balanced the wheels, because it looked like the old wheel weights were still there, and nothing was changed. He gave me this long speech about how he'd never let me leave without a service actually having been done. So a few days later I go for a drive on the highway, lo and behold, the car vibrates like crazy. The guy lied straight to my face. This place is a waste of time, and untrustworthy. Would recommend to avoid at all costs.

  Awful place for so many reasons. They're Scammers! They do not honor their extended warranty that I purchased for thousands of dollars. 5 hours to fix a light bulb, it broke again 5 months later and then charged $125 to fix it again, this time it took 6 hours. Once your sale is complete you better hope you don't ever have an issue with the car or financing or general questions because nobody will talk to you. You can leave your information everyday for a week and the rep you need to speak to will never get back to you. This whole establishment is the epitome of a business that takes your money and then wants nothing to do with you. Avoid at all costs and buyer beware! Just go to bay ridge Honda and paragon Honda. I've purchased cars from both and they know how to treat and retain a customer.
