  I don't even know where to start. So my car had either oil or cooling fluid leak, went there to check it, my car is 2013 so it's not old but not new either. They used to change oil in my car every 4k miles, so I thought if it's a service they will check other fluids as well, how wrong I was. Last time with oil change they've putted too much oil that caused more damage then good. Today with checking leak and other check up which costed me $370, they quoted repair $4800 so i declined any repair, on my way home my car heated up so bad that I was not able to drive and costed me towing and bringing to another mechanic.(which didn't happened when I brought car to them) It's 2 stars because Kevin was very nice and helpful.

  They told me it will take a few hours to fix my car issues when I arrive they told me it’s going to take a day or two. It’s four days now they still didn’t contact me, when I am calling them they say give it another day. Today when I called they said that I should come pick it up, although they didn’t fix it yet since the machine that should fix my vehicle is broken and they don’t know when it will be up and running again . So basically I left a week without a car, and they didn’t even get my problem fixed....

  stay away from the parts department and paul the manager treat customers with no respect and also hang up the phone in their faces like he owns the dealership. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that place. shame on chrylser dodge that have people like paul working there..Also we will send a complaint to a Dodge corporate office

  I don't understand how this service location at bayridge is still open!!!!! If I could select 0 stars I most definitely would. People please be aware if you can avoid buying a car at bayridge jeep,Chrysler, dodge, ram please do so, because if not you will have nothing but headaches with there service department. Back in 2013 I bought a chrysler 300c of the year with the extended Maximum Care warranty thinking that if anything were to happen I wouldn't have anything to worry about because I would be covered. I was sadly mistaken! Every time I went to there service department in bayridge I would get a run around. Nobody wanted to take care of me and the issues with my car. The service advisors along with the mechanics were incompetent. I kept being told that my car didn't have extended warranty and that I would have to pay out of pocket but that's just the beginning. Every time they took my vehicle I would be there for the entire day and still would leave with the same issues because nothing was done. In fact what I noticed was that all the people from the outside that were paying out of pocket were the ones getting handled while my car was just sitting there. Not to mention that everytime I would make an appointment and was the first one there at 8:30am. Long story short I gave up on going to that service department for a while because i was tired of wasting my time. Recently about a week ago I decided to give them a try again because they kept advertising that they are under new management with new faces and the department was getting run completely different. So once again I made an appointment. This time around I was able to find a service advisor by the name of Stephon solomon who actually knows what he is talking about. This man needs a raise and in my opinion should be running the service department because he is the only one there who is willing to go above and beyond so that the customer is taken care of well. But!!! Sadly not everyone is on the same page as him. Again my vehicle was taken in to get serviced and stood there for a week. Many things were changed but not everything was completed. I drove home with the same rattling issue in my front suspension that I was having from the beginning because it was never driven at least around the corner to see if everything was functioning up to par. I also have a speed sensor that is yet to be programed and hasn't been functioning since I bought the car back in 2013 and every time I asked about it being done i get nothing but excuses. What it really comes down to is that it seems as if none of the mechanics want to be bothered with real work. Except for one mechanic named (Maxwell Gaskin) who was the only one that was actually able to get some things done on my vehicle. The problem is there is only one him and the rest are just concerned with playing with remote control cars in the shop. Services advisor Stephon and mechanic Maxwell are the only ones who deserve 5stars in that entire service department which is very sad. Although I like my car, this kind of service makes me regret buying it and I will never spend money on another vehicle at jeep,chrysler,dodge and ram again!!!.....

  Brought my car here to fix it shutting off while driving. They said it was only an oil change that was needed to correct everything... $330 later I get my car back. They said it’s a mandatory $250 fee for just looking at my car. The only reason I gave them 3 stars was for Karen who was exceedingly polite and helpful.
