  Poor care... told luis bautista (son) last month at my moms appt that her nebulizer medicine needed renewing... i have been speaking to staff all day everyday for four days in a row to get this yaken care of... i have been told it would be dine by the end of the day two days in a row... called lincare this morning... and guess what... the new so called omni care has still not sent proper paper work... MY MOM IS OUT OF NEBULIZER MEDICINE.... MAYBE IF THESE PEOPLE COULDN'T BREATHE THEY WOULD TAKE BETTER CARE OF MY MOMS ISSUE..

  The front desk staff can be extremely rude and not helpful. Probably helps if you speak spanish. My primary care person does not listen and gives false info and is not at all sensitive to your concerns....i was told he saw nothing wrong with my back....and well still recovering from 2 back surgeries for extensive problems. The list goes on. They have made recent changes so i hope its for the better.***After my most recent visit i must say that seeing Dr.Jose Bautista I feel 100% more comfortable in the care im getting.Dr.Bautista listened and heard my issues and concerns and really got things going in the right direction. Just as i was about too lose total faith ,Everything did a 360 and we are on the right track,giving me options in my care and restored my hope and trust in the medical professionals. Thank you.******

  Very disappointing place front desk people are rude act like your stupid or waist of time...when you call there they almost always put you on hold and leave you on hold until you hang up.....one of the doctors there just rushes you in an out....my first visit I told him I had a list of issues he said make it quick and pick out your main concernes all he did to check my issues was look me over and said your fine ran basic blood test said I was fine doesn't even care about how I'm feeling or to check me further and I still feel the same.....every visit with him is rushed like I'm a problem or burden anytime I tell him symptoms says your fine do this and it's something dumb or pointless....I've had asthma my whole life told doctor that and I take an inhaler told him that too....then when I called to get a refill on one they said I couldn't get one I had to drive across town because they had no record I had asthma or inhaler I told them it's in all my medical records his can u not see that they didn't even have any of by old records from my life like every other doctor I had in life before has always had My records they are suppose to have records they even said it was never recorded I had asthma even though my first visit I stated I did....I can't just drive across town to get one they wouldn't even let the pharmacy call them to tell them I take inhalers...I mean if my obgyn can call one in for me y can't my own doctor. ...manager said he'd call and I haven't received a call.....you can schedule and appt your still gonna hella wait long and they even take walk ins b 4 u....I've been to this office only a few times and I'm already thinking of switching doctors horrible place it even looks nasty inside the office very unclean.....answering service lady named yasinah on weekends has a crappy attitude like she hates her job and your a bother.....it's been three days no inhaler and no call back....always excuses don't take my name down etc......called on call doctor he said he tried calling once and doesn't call twice so I never heard from him not even first time he called.....another time I need inhaler and its been two days on the hunt for some one to help and now they are so lazy no one answers they have automated system no one ever answers or calls back I even had the pharmacy send fax request over to refill and no one has responded for two days and nothing I've left at least four messages I need one asap if something happens to me cuz I can't breathe they will never hear the last of me.if I could rate lower then one star I would
