  The lady with short brown hair that works at the front is so rude. And seriously - y’all won’t even look at someone’s clothes if they aren’t on the hangers? Even if they are a first time customer and didn’t know the policy. I won’t be back here and I won’t b dropping items off for my clients here either. There are so many other consignment shops that have much better customer service.

  Manager is unfriendly. My friend and I visited the shop for the first time to consign a formal dress. We were greeted with "uhhh I have two consignments in front of you". We were offered no direction on how long to wait or where to place the dress while we waited. After ten minutes another employee tried to assist but was stopped by the manager because she "needs at least 10 items to consign for the first time". Would it not have been more productive to ask what she was consigning when we arrived? Will not visit again

  This is a first stop for me when looking for something in particular. Geared more for the 30+ professional niche. Friendly staff and dressy, professional and casual items in many sizes at different price points. An example of brands you'll find include Lilly Pulitzer, Chico's and Talbot's. Nice sofa my daughter and husband can hang out on leaving me unrushed.

  Lots of good stuff on consignment. You can pick up very nice clothes for a great price. The people are nice as well.

  What a bargain if you come on the right day. I got my Christmas outfits (costume parties) for literally nothing. Plus, I got a fab cocktail dress for ten cents on the dollar. I plan on checking this second hand store regularly.
