  They're gonna tell you that you'll need a battery, even when you don't. Their techs are subcontracted thru AAA and thus, their jobs depend upon sales-based commissions (you'll need that battery, remember) and sufficient survey scores. Want a "premium" battery that wont cost you $166-300? Look elsewhere!
