::I needed two new batteries for my 4+ years old CyberPower 1350AVR UPS. Checked several sources -- including Amazon - and decided on Batteries+ -- even though their price was slightly more -- because they had a local store and I could pick them up the same day. Went to the store about an hour after ordering online with the UPS. An associate helped me -- he did most of the work -- install the two batteries and then tested the plugs that supplies the battery power with a multi-meter. And they took the old batteries for recycling. Definitely worth the few extra dollars and five stars.

::The website made it very easy for me to look up the battery I needed for my vehicle. I was able to easily buy the battery online, then show up at the store and have it installed for me. The store was very clean and had many interesting items that I didn't even know existed. I'm very satisfied with my purchase experience and will definitely use this service in the future if required.

::Phenomenal customer service. They had a good price and great warranty on a new motorcycle battery, but the best thing they did was NOT sell it to me... They tested my old one for free, under appropriate loads, and we discovered it was fine. Even though I had already paid for the new one online, they promptly refunded my money, and the next day I found the problem somewhere else in the motorcycle’s wiring. They could have made an easy sale but instead they saved me $100. That’s customer service!!
