::I'll start off with that I'm not sure if our Sales Rep was from this location. However, it is the closest to our home. My appointment was set up via a call center. The sales rep's name was Kim, and I can say she was promptly here at the scheduled time. That was where the customer service and professional attitude ended. I asked her to move to the back of the house with her displays and cases (our home office) and she immediately said "no lets see the bathroom first." She Just left everything by the door. I showed her our bathroom, she then asked what we were looking to do and my husband tried to explain our ideas. The entire time she was abruptly interrupting him and saying "I don't understand" mostly I believe because she wasn't listening. So my husband asked her to follow him to our back office so he could show her on the computer. He pulled up an example from Home Depot, her immediate response was "we are really expensive" "we custom make everything, but Home Depot is MORE expensive. " when we asked for an price, as an idea and since nothing is on their website. That's when she said " you know what you have been on the defensive since I got here I'm done" and started to walk out. She was here for no more than 5 min and had summed us up as, I'm guessing, not worth her time and got herself out of here. We have never had such a poor experience.
