  Live the store but need more then 1 cashier when super busy. Didn't buy anything becaise line was to long.

  I was impressed with my most recent experience with B&BW....the staff at this location delivered top notch customer service at every opportunity that presented itself. 3 interactions with 3 different employees, each of which would have exceeded my expectations individually....but having my "errand" turn into mood-lifting, enjoyable experience was a pleasant surprise. I can only imagine that it has a good bit to do with the employees themselves, but also indicates to me that whoever handles the hiring, training, and day-to-day maintaining of the store is likely highly effective and also doing a damn fine job.

  Honestly these people are amazing. As soon as I step in they welcome me and ask me questions about which scents I preferred and showed me around to the scents I described.
