  The staff are always friendly but the girl that helped me today went above and beyond. She search for the right glasses that happened to be on the bottom shelf and the next to the last pair on the rod. She also looked at the broken pair (same kind I was replacing) I was wearing to see if she could fix it for me. On a side note, the sunglasses I bought cannot be found at Academy, Dick's or Cabeles. I get at least 3 compliments a week and tell everyone where I got them... the display case/ glasses were still hard for me to find and this is my 3rd pair. Might want to make them easier to find.

  I usually have a great experience with Bass Pro. Spent over 1000 on a trolling motor and battery and charger. My guy helping me was awesome. The Joker that sells boats and is clearly smarter than everyone else, almost cost you a 1000 sale. The guy helping me, saved the sale. We asked what plug we needed for the new motor and showed him a picture of the existing plug. He says this tells him nothing! I said well okay, I explain the back of it. It has 2 red and black wire. But only one red is being used. Meaning that is capable of being used with a 24v motor but is only wired for 12v. What I was wanting to know is if they sold the male that matched my female or would I need to buy both the male and female. I did not ask if he could tell me how it was wired or what color the wire were or if there was a leprocon behind the plug. If he would have taken the time to listen to his co-worker instead of interuping him and acting an ass towards the customer. He might have not pissed me off! Sorry for the language. Customer service training recommend.

  We always have such an amazing time once we visit this place. My spouse is an advent Fisher. So we like to go and check out all the newest fishing equipment.

  We took our son and nephew to have pictures done with the Easter bunny. The line wasn't terribly long and the whole experience took about 15 minutes. They also printed off our picture packages right there, allowing us to leave right after paying for them. The picture packages were also reasonably priced, but you get a complimentary (free) picture even if you do not buy one of their packages! Over all, the experience was pretty great. I'm quite pleased with our pictures and plan on returning next year for our Easter pictures.

  Came in to the store 3-6-2018 to purchase a pistol with my income tax refund, there was only one other customer at the gun counter, stood there for a good 20 to 30 minutes and not one employee offered or tried to help me out, looked dead at me and didn’t even say “Hi” or “how are you today”. Saw the pistol I wanted and couldn’t get it due to very, very poor customer service. So I went to Academy and they greeted me right off the bat, so sorry Bass Pro you missed a $500.00 gun sale. Hope y’all can get this remedied soon or you’ll lose more sales!!!
