  I have been at Fort Bliss for a week now and had a craving for Baskin Robbins for most of that time. This place must only serve the lunch crowd. I head over after dinner each night and it's closed. I'm not the only one, I actually watching families stare at the shop with confused looks right now. Try selling to us after we eat dinner.

  Stood there and placed my two orders holding a big, obvious Baskin Robbins gift card in my hand. Came time to pay for the order and, "oh we don't take those here." With a tone as if I was supposed to know that?
