  The customer service is lacking. I've used this business multiple times but it seems to be a hit and miss situation. Additionally, I have had a really bad experience when going in person to commission a custom arrangement. I provided specific flowers and their colors and a photograph of the original (wedding) bouquet. They asked me how much I was willing to spend, which feels kind of shady, as opposed to telling me what I can get for X,Y, and Z dollars. So it was $120 bucks and it looked nothing like the requested order. I was excited to do this and in expressing my excitement felt they could care less. Anyways, it's kind of like a classic ironic situation where people who are buying flowers are often buying them for celebrations, sympathy, and loved ones, while the customer support seems to dread any human interaction.

  Fantastic customer service! Needed special request ice cream basket due to nut allergies and it was no problem for their staff. The basket they made was perfect and the recipient was thrilled! Many thanks to B & B in Charlotte for making the special birthday surprise.
