  Customer service tonight was embarrassing and really disappointing. We like to support our local store versus purchasing online however after tonight's experience we may be done. The cashier was rude, dismissive, unhelpful and struggled with basic customer service skills (more interested in her phone than looking at the actual customer). Customer service means everything nowadays - get it together Basics before it's too late. I've usually had great experience here but tonight was so unprofessional I had to post.

  I recently bought A Miele Vacuum cleaner from this shop and I am very happy. The staff was well trained and gave me options according to my needs. They also make keys and are open until 10pm every day which is very helpful. Great Store!!!!

  Great customer service; Visited the store to get my knives sharpened and Rafael was very good at it and of course the service was excellent!!! I am definitely coming back.

  I LOVE this place. They are friendly and helpful, and always miraculously have what you need! Handy spot for getting keys copied, too. OH, and they love my dog! that's a huge PLUS.... get it?! ;)
