  This is our second time using Basic Moving. Our move three years ago went great. This time we had much more stuff and two babies moving into our first house. I can honestly say that the only aspect of getting our first house that went exceptionally smooth and stress-free was our moving experience. Ben was our move coordinator and he was very detailed and expressed great concern that every aspect of the move would fit our needs and expectations. I was very concerned about the new finished hardwood floors and the Petrof Grand Piano. On the moving date, the movers padded the entire house and even attached the floor protectors on every piece of furniture before placing them. The Grand Piano was a breathtaking experience and we applauded the movers when they got it in to the new home. Throughout the whole process, we felt that we were really cared for. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
