  They didn't carry the brand I needed but the gentleman behind the desk still went above and beyond to get me a comparable price. He didn't have to. I would definitely recommend this place just on the customer support.

  I had 2 nails in a tire. It cost almost $45 to patch and took about 1.5 hours. From my experience this should only have cost $25 maybe $35. I can't vouch for there mechanic services but it's probably expensive to. UPDATE: The next day someone called me from the shop and said that I was over charged by 9 dollars and they were going to credit the money back to my credit card. This makes the overall price more reasonable and says something to the overall integrity of this place. As a result I am adding 2 stars.

  I always bring my cars here for good wheel alignments. Friendly and competent staff. Nice comfortable waiting room or you can walk across Jericho Turnpike to Panera Bread for coffee or food while you wait for them to finish your car. They'll call your cell phone when it is ready
