::It was my first time coming to this Barnes and Noble, and my experience was not pleasant. The cashier, Jeremy was extremely rude to me as I needed help with a misunderstanding of a purchase/return. When I had asked him for help, he rolled his eyes, and seemed extremely agitated to help me with the misunderstanding. Not only that, when he saw the first time that there was an issue, his response was: "There's nothing I can do about it." It took another worker there to convince him to help me with the misunderstanding. The store itself is extremely pleasant. The service provided by Jeremy was not up to par by no means. However, I was extremely impressed by the woman at customer service who convinced Jeremy to help me resolve my issue. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but I was grateful for her excellent customer service.

::This bookstore is very big but when attending a conference this weekend, I only went for the cafe because he Starbucks was being renovated at Copley and they have nice drinks but the line can get big during conferences. However the cafe does not accept Starbucks gift cards which is a letdown but they have a diverse menu and coffees.

::For me, this is the best bookstore in the United States. It has many, many books, ranging from new authors and mainstream reads, to classics from centuries ago. If you can't find it by yourself, the staff is more than willing to lend a helping hand. They'll do their best to find the book you're looking for and if they can't they'll order it for you!

::This was a good place to get work done when I was editing a novel. It would be nice if they had more power outlets but it’s Boston lol.
