  Good book selection. It's one of the smaller Branes & Noble but does have a Starbucks inside. Definitely a pricey book store but the membership saves a lot. The employees are sweet helpful & make checkout easy & pleasant. Clean and organized.

  Had a large variety of books and helpful employees, I came in specifically looking for the art of war by sun tzu, and after not being able to find it I asked a employee and he not only showed me the book, he found other versions of the writing and similar writings by different people.

  Only this store, all others are pretty good. Went around 10AM, was followed around by an older Hispanic lady with long hair. She would sigh whenever I would look up an item using my phone, then she would pretend to fix things wherever I went to keep an eye on me. Train your employees on how to spot a thief. I work retail and this sure as hell isn't how you do it, by making a customer feel uncomfortable.

  I went to this Barnes and Noble and spend $50 dollars on my purchase. But around 6:30pm, I tried using the restroom but was told they were closed when they don’t close until 7pm. But keep in mind that there was no sign that it was out of service or anything like that. I understand that these employees are trying to go home but this is a clack of customer care, especially since customers are spending money on this business. All I can say is that I’m very disappointed in this business!!

  Chris is always such an amazing help to me when i come here! I struggle to find books because of overwhelm looking at so many at once and he never gets frustrated when i ask for help and is always kind. I go quite often and the store in general is the best in the area!
