Just really happy bookstores still exist. Nice staff and well curated. Probably easier to find your next favorite title by browsing the tables than surfing randomly online.

Books and a snack, or a cupa. What could be better. Good selection of books, music, and DVD's.

Barnes and Noble is not what it used to be, the music magazine selection changes in what actual branded magazines they carry each month. The guy at the customer service station simply said I'd have to order what I was looking for on-line. I stopped back in a few days later, having checked the in-store availability on-line before hand and knew exactly what I was looking for; was asked by the same employee 3 times in five minutes if I needed help finding anything [however I knew what I was looking for] and the same employee seemed frustrated when I was ready to checkout. The lack of human connection at Barnes and Noble is totally visible now exactly as mentioned in the recent new reports. In my experience, I've found the Kingsdale location on Tremont to be a little more appealing and the employees are nicer.

Very rudecustomer service lady staff members , lady in front of me couldn't get her teacher rewards to work for a coupon and lady said her, Your teacher with a horrible rude look on her face. And proceeded to pry into the ladies personal business by asking her question of what grade she taught and what school district. Big invasion of her personal business. Such a rude staff member and she didn't help anyone the whole time I was there. Sorry to the lady in front of me for that lady's faces and behaviour.
