  Another Step Up from pure diner spot. If theweather is nice, sit outside and enjoy the view by people-watching. Food is good, and theprices are reasonable. The daily breakfast is a great deal. Come and enjoy. "Stay, Sit or Sit, Stay" works for us.

  Loved the atmosphere! The food was good. The waitress had some problems remembering the order but she was so nice that I didn't mind.

  AMAZING! If you have a pooch and want to have a nice doggy date, this is the place for it . My boyfriend and my dog go there all the time. Food is great. They will give your dog water and they are very attentive.

  This place looks nice from an outsiders perspective. The man that runs this restaurant spends 8am-11pm at the restaurant trying to run it completely on his own while walking around talking on his phone constantly. There is no manager. The staff are treated like animals. Owner has no concept of human life outside of restaurant. He consistently screams at and harasses the men who work in the kitchen to the point that customers comment in the tables in the back by the kitchen. In any other industry or position, he'd be reprimanded if not lose the business completely. Owner does not care about anything but himself, his money, and his own way. If he doesn't get his way, you will get silent treatment and be treated like a "barking" dog. You DO not want to give this man your money. There are many great restaurants on the Upper East Side with great owners and managers who actually care about the staff, the customers and the food.
