  I asked to use the coupon they have on their site. The old man says pay full full price or get the funk out... I paid full price. He then told me I was a pain the ass... Funny, but not how you run a store. Used things at average prices..

  Great people here, great prices, lots of selection. I don't buy anywhere else except Bargain Store for all the show case and retail store needs

  Great product, great prices, EXCELLENT customer service. I bought a nice display case from Bargain Store Equipment that I had to assemble myself. After thinking I correctly assembled the display case, I realized something was wrong. I was sure it was a manufacturing error. I called the store and Andrew promptly told me he would change the case out. Andrew and another coworker of his TJ took time out to replace the display case by driving to my house with another fully assembled replacement, and upon seeing the case I had assembled, Andrew pointed out how I had incorrectly assembled it. Yes, I felt stupid especially after being so sure it was a manufacturing error, but Andrew was nice about it the whole time. In my defense, the case did not come with instructions on how to assemble, although I did find some limited instructions online for this exact display case that turned out to be misleading and eventually led to the mistake I made. Since it was my mistake and nothing was wrong with the unit, I'll have to disassemble and reassemble the display case once more which I'm not excited about. Regardless, I really appreciate the customer service. I also confirmed later what a great price I got on this display case. While I was hesitant at first having spent $645, there are no better priced display cases out there of the same size and quality. In fact, Bargain Store Equipment came in at least $100 cheaper than other suppliers of the same display case who deliver the to Phoenix area. Happy with the purchase, although disgruntled I have to assemble this thing once more. Thanks Andrew for the customer service and thanks Bargain Store for the display case
