::DO NOT BEING LARGE PARTIES HERE. DO NOT LET THEM RUIN YOUR NIGHT. This place was horrible. We went here for a friends going away party and about 20 peopled showed up. We were not informed that the check could not be split upon ordering. At the end we get a bill for $600. They refuse to split the check and the waitress didn't keep track of what people ordered. It took us over an hour to figure out how to split the check. My friend was crying by the end of it. It ruined her party and created a mess for us. Also, there appeared to be drinks on the check that we never ordered. Our waitress abandoned us durning the process. These people are crooks and like to take advantage of large parties coming to there establishment.

::Simply pathetic. No excuse for the lack of customer service from the black female bartender. She reacted as though I was interrupting her when I approached the bar and proceeded to order my drink. She sighed loudly as she tended to cut limes. This is an example of a person who is not happy with their job. I have yet to visit a Bar Louie in Chicago that employs persons who enjoy their job! It must be a problem with upper management. Save yourself the needless embarrassment and visit bars on Hubbard street.

::Very relaxing atmosphere! I've been to a few different Bar Louie's in Chicago and this location is by far my favorite yet! They have great lunch specials for $8.

::Normally, I like this place and frequent it with friends. But brought and out of town friend today and the service was absolutely horrible. The server never checked in on us, the drinks took forever, the spinach & artichoke dip was cold. I had to get up and get my beer from the bartender and the come to find that server never put our order in. We asked for fries and we ended up canceling cause fries never came. So maybe don't go on a Sunday because the wait is ridiculous even when the place is empty.

::LOVE coming to this location! The food, especially the fish tacos, and drinks are amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. Justin recommended I try the “Diva” martini one time and now it’s my all-time favorite martini. You have to check out this Bar Louie!! The atmosphere is amazing and fun...you don’t want to miss out!!
