  So there are places to go where the food is Yummy. Then there are places you can go where the food blows your mind every single time. Bar La Grassa is the latter. It's our default stop for a night on the town when we want to eat great food and not break the bank. Never fails us. Ever.

  What's not to love about this Warehouse District cornerstone. If I could use only use one word it would be consistent. This is not easily attainable. I have been given consistently high quality meals. It doesn't matter the time if day/night. I have had reservations at 6 and reservations at 10:30 pm and everything in between. The menu changes slowly but adds items when inspired. From the beans they bring to the table to start to the how-are-these-so-amazing chocolates with the bill there are no missteps. A part of the family of Burch and 112 Eatery, this is the one that shines.

  A Must Try. I went to Bar La Grassa in February 2018 for a dinner date and had a great experience. We shared a couple of half-sized pasta dishes. I have to admit it was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The service is also pretty good and the servers are all very knowledgeable of the menu. It was surprisingly well-priced for the quality. You will get great quality pasta and service for a very reasonable price. You probably should make a reservation because it gets very crowded.

  I've eaten at the bar many times and have always had delicious food and really good service. I also rented out the private room for a birthday party for a party of 14. It cost an extra $100. I think if you reserve it, it should be free, or the server should get it, but the service was impeccable. We tried just about every dish on the menu - if you're looking for authentic Italian, you will not find it here. If you're looking for solid food that's heavy on pasta, look no further!

  Best overall restaurant in the cities without a question. Consistently fabulous food along with fabulous service. Also, if you don't go wild on the booze, it is really a great price point as well. Sharing half orders of pasta with a group is great, and all of the main dishes are very sharable as well. I'm particularly partial to the mushroom pasta (I forget their name for it) and the chicken main (it's literally a whole chicken!). Make a reservation though, because this place is pretty much always hopping.
